Overpriced for what you get
I used to love J., but lately the quality doesn’t match the price. Some items feel average but are still very expensive. There are better options in the same price range now.
Customer service needs work
Product quality is decent, but customer service is frustrating. I had an issue with my order and it took multiple calls to get a response. Not what you expect from a big brand.
Nice collection but slow delivery
I ordered online and liked the product, but delivery took longer than expected. They need to improve their logistics. The clothes themselves were good, though.
